1. About FIRE GOAT

These Terms cover firegoat.xyz, its installed web app and its Discord Activity (the “service”), operated by the FIRE GOAT project team. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. Contact the team at @FireGoat_Ember on X.

FIRE GOAT is a community game featuring Ember, a virtual goat, a garden, outfits, Mystery Boxes and mini games. The public version is currently a demo. Demo items, points, lives and displayed FGOAT rewards are test progress, with no wallet payouts or guaranteed real-world value.

2. Who can use the service

You must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements of the platforms you use, including Discord, and any applicable local requirements. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms on your own, obtain permission from your parent or guardian.

When live holder features are connected, garden access and daily Mystery Boxes require at least 100,000 of the official FGOAT token. Ordinary Candle Run access requires at least 1,000,000 tokens; an eligible holder can also earn the limited three-life pass described in the game rules. Selling below the required balance pauses holder access. Rebuying enough tokens restores eligibility without restarting the first-gift sequence.

Demo mode allows preview access without a wallet and bypasses the daily box limit. Demo access is not proof of token ownership and does not become a live reward entitlement.

3. Boxes, inventory and game rules

Outside demo mode, one Mystery Box can be claimed per eligible wallet per UTC day, shared between the home page and garden. The first successful claimed box gives a bed and the second gives a TV. Later gifts are random. Duplicate items are possible.

The rules displayed in each game describe points, lives, boosts, levels and rewards. Mixing three item copies consumes those copies. Neglect can remove one earned item per day when a goat stat remains at zero, as explained in the care rules. An outfit’s style status is cosmetic unless the interface explicitly says otherwise.

Items and points are game features, not ownership rights in the project or a promise of money. Demo progress is saved on your device and may be lost if you clear browser data or use another device. Features, reward pools and rules may evolve; material changes will be explained on the service.

4. Tokens and pending rewards

The official token connection and funded payout service are not enabled in this demo. Item sale values and token reward counters are previews or pending values; they do not represent a completed sale, an available withdrawal or an obligation to pay. Any future live payout must follow the published eligibility and verification rules for that feature.

Token ownership, market charts and planned holder rewards do not guarantee profits, future prices or availability of a feature. Sample market data is illustrative. Pump.fun, Dexscreener and wallet providers operate separately under their own rules. FIRE GOAT does not hold your private keys or act as your wallet custodian.

5. Fair play and account security

Use only wallets you control. Keep wallet credentials private. A wallet ownership signature is different from a transaction; read every wallet prompt. Never send the team your seed phrase or private key.

Do not exploit bugs, falsify token balances, automate reward farming, manipulate game results, impersonate others, harass users or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive access and reject invalid results. Report problems through @FireGoat_Ember on X.

6. Outfits, portraits and third-party content

You may use downloaded FIRE GOAT outfit portraits as your personal social profile picture. This permission does not grant ownership of the brand, permission to impersonate the project or a claim of project endorsement.

TV playback uses YouTube’s player and externally hosted content. Availability and playback are controlled by YouTube and the rights holders. FIRE GOAT does not own or redistribute Cercle videos. In the current Discord demo, music opens Cercle externally. Discord, YouTube, X and other linked services have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Availability and your rights

We aim to keep the service usable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free games or preservation of all demo progress. Maintenance, network failures, provider restrictions or security issues may interrupt features. We may update, pause or end the service and will communicate material changes where practical.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you disagree with these Terms, stop using the service. The Privacy Policy explains data use and requests.

8. Changes and contact

Updated Terms will appear here with a revised date. Material changes will be announced through the service or project account. For questions, complaints or support, contact @FireGoat_Ember on X.
